Taizé Travel Information

Our service departs from Victoria Coach Station in central London. The actual departure gate will be shown on the overhead screens. You should arrive 15 minutes before departure time to allow time for luggage loading and check in.

In the event of any passengers being late the coach will depart no later than 10 minutes after the published time. If you are suffering a delay on your journey, please contact our office as soon as possible and we will be pleased to offer any help or advice to enable you to join the coach.

Our New schedule for 2012 is as follows:

5.45 pm. Depart London,
Arrive Dover at 8.00 pm
9.20 pm. Ferry sails (Hot Food, Shops and Currency Exchange available) and arrives in Calais at 11.55 pm (local time).
Travel via motorways across Northern France through Reims to comfort stop at Sommesous Services (No Hot Food available) approximate travelling time 3.5 hours.
Depart after break and travel via motorway direct to Taizé arriving at 8.30 am where breakfast will be available travelling time 4 hours.

Return Schedule for 2012.

Our return schedule is: -
6.15pm Load Luggage,
6.30pm Depart Taizé and travel to Le Archedrome Services (Hot Food Available) travelling time 1 hour. After 45 minute comfort stop travel via the motorways to Sommesous Services for a short break then directly to Calais via Reims to connect with the 4.35 am ferry (Hot Food, Shops and Currency Exchange available). 5.15am Depart Dover and travel direct to London to arrive at 7.30 am

Current passports are required for travel. Visas are not required for British citizens. All other nationalities should check if they are required.

The coaches used are fitted with reclining seats and toilets. As most of the journey is during the night we do recommend you bring a pillow. We do not play any music or videos during the journey. We supply hot and cold drinks free of charge and can normally supply hot water should you require it.

2.45 pm Departure

The coach pick up point is opposite the Bull Ring Shopping Centre by the entrance to New Street Railway Station outside TK Max on Small Brook Queensway.

Information for Dover passengers
8 pm Departure

The coach pick up point is outside the Booking Hall at Dover Eastern dock entrance.
