CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can only be accepted in writing from the person who signed the booking form and will be effective from the date it is received in our offices. Providing there is more than two weeks prior to your departure you will only lose your £40.00 deposit. In all other cases the charge will be full fare and of course in certain circumstances your insurance will refund the costs incurred in cancelling.

Liability Statement

Whilst we do everything we can to ensure that your journey goes smoothly we would like to make it plain that we do not accept liability for acts or omissions of any other person providing services in connection with the journey unless directly employed by us. Nor can we accept liability for the results of events outside our control or loss caused by force majeure – events such as fire, floods, civil disturbances or industrial action. In addition we accept no liability for any person refused admission to any country. In arranging this coach service it is presumed that each departure will reach a minimum level of bookings. In the unlikely event that it does not, we reserve the right to cancel the departure. We will however offer alternative transport whenever possible.
